ShelterStocks offers a platform that democratizes real estate investing through fractional ownership. Users can invest in the ShelterStocks real estate portfolio and earn returns based on their ownership units.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using ShelterStocks, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of ShelterStocks, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Investment Risks

Investing in real estate involves risks, including the potential loss of invested capital. By using ShelterStocks, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that ShelterStocks is not responsible for any investment losses.

6. Fees and Charges

ShelterStocks does not charge any management fees, however 15% of the net earnings are retained by the platform. By using our services, you agree to pay any other applicable fees and charges.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use ShelterStocks for any unlawful purpose.
  • Engage in any conduct that could harm or disrupt the platform.
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or viruses.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or ShelterStocks’ systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on ShelterStocks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ShelterStocks or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Your use of ShelterStocks is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

ShelterStocks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ShelterStocks provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
